SPONSOR A LOCAL STUDENT TECH & LET US FIND YOUR NEXT POTENTIAL HIRE!

Are you struggling to find technicians?  Sponsor a local student technician with a $1,000 scholarship and let us find your potential next hire! Your contribution not only provides financial support to top aspiring technicians but ensures a direct connection to the best local upcoming talent. Invest in the future of automotive talent and build up your hiring pipeline by hitting the sponsor button below.

Here is How it Works:

  1. Donate $1,100  by January 15, 2024. Your donation will fund a 2024 $1,000 scholarship for a student in your community who is training as an automotive technician, plus a $100 administration fee.

  1. CNCDA Foundation will recruit a teacher-recommended student tech for your scholarship - from your local community colleges, high schools & ROPs.

  1. In April 2024, your Service Manager can hand-deliver the $1,000 scholarship check to the student at your dealership, so they can use it for books, tools & tuition.  We recommend your service manager continues to invite the student to your dealership to shadow your technician employees and if the relationship is good – offer them a job in your service department!

DEALERS NOMINATE YOUR BEST TECHS!

TEACHERS NOMINATE YOUR BEST STUDENTS!

Our industry partner TechForce is awarding two grand prizes to techs - one for aspiring techs and another for working techs.

Nominees must show passion for becoming a professional technician, exhibit exemplary character, make a positive impact in their community, and exceed expectations in their technical education program. If you know a tech who you think deserves praise nominate them before January 14th, 2024 using the link below.

Why it matters:

  1. Attract & Retain Top Talent by recognizing and rewarding your top technicians.

  1. Enhance community engagement by highlighting the positive impact your techs have in the local community.

  1. Support professional development and incentivize other techs to pursue excellence.
