About the CNCDA Foundation:
The CNCDA Foundation is a 501c (3) non-profit dedicated to creating career pathways for automotive service professionals in California. We work with local high schools, community colleges, and trade schools and provide opportunities to students to support their choice to pursue a career in automotive technology.
Automotive Technicians is a highly valued career making $140,000 per year on average for a well-trained professional. We want to ensure students have the tools they need to pursue these career opportunities. We provide education, resources, networking, and mentorship so they can have access to well paying jobs.
In the state of California, with ever growing gap in technology and the needs of the automotive industry, there is an increasing need for students to get trained and fill the over 4,300 open positions in California. We foresee in the future that these needs will only grow more. We at the CNCDA want to make sure that all who want to enter this career have the opportunity to learn and grow in their chosen profession.
